Site Assessment
During our site visit we observe the various conditions around your yard; light, moisture, elevation, vegetation, soil type. We take measurements, photos, and note the different microclimates.
Design
Based on the assessment we will choose the best habitat type to fit your space and create a mockup and estimate.
Installation
We conduct quiet, low-impact installations; hand tools and minimal soil disturbance.
After Care
Proper watering of your new garden will be your task for the first few weeks. Then we will visit a few times throughout the season to check on your garden’s progress. If you would like us to help care for your garden, you can purchase a maintenance package.
Certify
Once your garden is installed, you can certify it as a wildlife habitat through the National Wildlife Foundation and add it to the map on Home Grown National Park and get great signs for your yard. Also check out pollinatorpathway.org, healthyyards.org, and grownative.org for their signage and other great information! Showing your neighbors what you are accomplishing in your yard with these great signs will help spread the word and encourage more people to garden wild!
